Freight internal sales executive

Job Title: Freight Internal Sales Executive Location: Redditch Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP37,000 depending on experience (+ Annual Bonus) Hours: Full Time Monday ndash; Friday 9am ndash; 5pm (1 hour lunch break) Job Type: Permanent * Competitive salary * Pension scheme * Up to 20 days holiday + bank Holiday * On the job training The Role * Supporting the sales team in managing and expanding the customer base. * Contacting lapsed clients and new potential customers to introduce the full range of logistics services offered. * Booking appointments from leads generated by the sales team. * Dealing with any customer queries, either by telephone or email. * Dealing with any problems that require escalation. * Quoting customer rates on any of the core services that the company offer and following up for feedback. Qualifications * Prior experience in inside sales with quotations and customer service within the freight sector. * Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
