An award-winning architectural and heritage consultancy practice are looking for a Senior Heritage Consultant to join their team in York. Responsibilities: Acting as Heritage Consultancy Lead in the north region Advising on architectural, landscape and masterplanning commissions Leading projects with outputs including Heritage Impact Assessments, Conservation Management Plans and Significance and Capacity for Change analysisThey are looking for: Demonstrable experience of archival and desk-based research and producing well-written reports Strong knowledge of building conservation, heritage planning or buildings archaeology Experience planning and managing your own and others workload Bid-writing and fee proposals Working knowledge of current UK heritage legislation and policyThey offer: Up to GBP55k Hybrid and flexible working around core hours Life assurance Sabbaticals Enhanced learning and development opportunitiesIf you are looking for a more strategic move and have the experience required please do apply or get in touch for a confidential conversation
