What will you do * Credit card checking, reconciliation, processing and submitting to external accountants * Processing up to 160 invoices per month * Journal coding, VAT records * Chasing suppliers for proformas and VAT invoices * Managing group purchasing suppliers, reconciling statements * Downloading online invoices What will you need * Analytically minded * Proficient in Sage and Excel * Previous accounts experience * Ideally have experience working as a bookkeeper * Can work independently, reporting into a remote Finance Manager What rsquo;s on offer * Core hours are 9am to 5.30pm * 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, * Life insurance, discounts on worldwide accommodation, workplace nursery vouchers, uniform * 3 days from home and 2 days in the office * The position is available due to growth within the business * Working in a standalone role under the Finance Director Job Number 7768
