Requirements: * Bachelor #39;s degree in Science or a related field; PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification. * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. * Previous experience teaching science at the secondary level, preferably in a similar school setting. * Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for science education. * Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of educational trends and best practices.
