Tradewind is currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support a lovely secondary school in Nantwich! Position: Behaviour Mentor Location: Nantwich Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent Pay: GBP83 - GBP100 a day, subject to experience Start Date: ASAP The Role: Supporting young people with literacy, numeracy and general subject knowledge Supporting young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties Work collaboratively with other members of the SEN team, senior leaders, heads of departments, parents and carers, social workers Help students build confidence and a passion for learningRequirements: Ideal candidates will have strong curriculum knowledge and will ensure the support they deliver is of excellent quality using innovative and engaging approaches.
