Service designer

The Opportunity: You will be joining a vibrant team focused on delivering as a Service Designer that will see you embark on a thrilling journey consulting alongside a range of agile cross-functional squads, where your expertise in User Centered Design (UCD) and User Experience (UX) will shape ground-breaking digital transformation projects across a spectrum of vital digital services used by the general public. In this role, you will be designing and improving the end-to-end journey of the services, typically focusing on the user #39;s experience and interactions across multiple touchpoints, with your confident, professional, and transparent approach, you #39;ll forge strong bonds with clients and stakeholders, crafting enriching experiences that leave users positively captivated. Skills and Experience: You will have already gained experience of working in a user centred design team as a service designer or a similarly related role from within a consultancy, agency or in-house setting, enjoying a track record in developing user journeys, service maps and blueprints. Able to consult internally with colleagues and externally with senior stakeholders in a client-facing capacity, you will focused on best practice and enjoy hosting workshops with senior client stakeholders to establish the required designs.
