Do you have a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care? If you rsquo;re an experienced Care Professional, with exposure to assisting adults with complex care needs or physical challenges then we rsquo;d like to hear from you. We rsquo;re recruiting for Senior Support Workers to be based in the Rochford area at a supported living site. As well as providing emotional and physical care for the tenants, you rsquo;ll partake in senior responsibilities such as rota management, medication administering and leading a team of Support Workers. It #39;s ideal that you hold a UK driver #39;s license and have access to your own vehicle for this role, due to the daily responsibilities.
