The salary for this position is GBP30,000 - GBP34,000 per annum (depending on experience). A full UK #39;s driving licence is required due to the nature of the role. Benefits and Package for an IT Support Engineer: Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP34,000 per annum (depending on experience) Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm Contract Type: Permanent (37.5 hours per week) Free parking 20 days holiday plus bank holidaysKey Responsibilities of an IT Support Engineer: Providing helpdesk support (the company is a VAR for SMB #39;s) Assisting clients with the migration of on-premises, to modern cloud-based systems Communicating with clients via telephone, video, email, and face-to-face visits in Gloucester and the surrounding areas Monitoring and managing remotely Key Skills of an IT Support Engineer: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals is essential The ability to provide Microsoft 365 Systems Admin knowledge such as Share Point Admin Centre, Endpoint Admin Centre, Azure Active Directory and Endpoint Migration and Implementation support is essential A good working knowledge of modern window-based operating systems and networking is essential The ability to install Windows 11 OS and Windows Server OS and provide support is essential Understanding of IPv4 networking Knowledge of GDPR At least 4 years of industry experience Full UK driver #39;s licence is requiredIf you have the required qualifications and are interested in this position, please apply now!
