Job Title: Teaching Assistant Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Supply (must be available 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at least 2/3 days per week) Location: Northampton, NN4 Salary: GBP85-100 per day About the Role: We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Northampton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of primary school students in a mainstream setting. You may also be required to provide additional support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This position offers flexibility, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or supply work to suit your schedule. Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities Provide one-to-one or small group support to students as directed Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment Support students with SEN in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategiesRequirements: Some experience working with children, either personally or professionally. Classroom experience would be advantageous but not essential.
