Position Overview: As a Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower young learners during a crucial stage of their academic journey. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum objectives and cater to the diverse needs of learners. Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, creativity, and personal growth. Utilise a range of teaching strategies and resources to facilitate children #39;s acquisition of key skills and knowledge across the curriculum. Assess children #39;s progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and implement targeted interventions to support their learning and development. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to children #39;s education and well-being. Participate in the wider school community, including attending staff meetings, contributing to school events, and engaging in professional development opportunities.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2). A thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum framework and effective pedagogical approaches for teaching young children.
