We #39;re currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for various assignments, including providing 1:1 support for SEND pupils. Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant: Offer personalized assistance to students, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to create tailored learning plans and pathways, supporting student progress. Demonstrate commitment to enhancing students #39; lives socially, physically, and academically. Proficiently provide necessary support to students, including working 1:1 with those with SEND. Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and quick thinking in diverse environments.
