Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant: Provide personalized assistance to students, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to develop tailored learning plans and pathways, supporting student progress. Demonstrate commitment to enhancing students #39; lives socially, physically, and academically. Proficiently offer necessary support to students, including working 1:1 with those with impaired hearing. Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and quick thinking in diverse environments.
