As the first point of contact for HR-related queries within the team, you’ll play an integral role as you will work to maintain positive relationships and deliver an exceptional service. You’ll provide administrative support to the HR team as they recruit, coordinate work-experience, onboard and induct new starters and support the annual appraisal process. You’ll also be responsible for the administrative aspects of pay and bonus reviews, employee engagement surveys and professional accreditations. The right candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within an HR team, possibly within a law firm. This full-service, Top 100 firm has offices nationally.
