Technical coordinator

We are currently working with a leading residential developer seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their business. You would be joining a business with strong financial backing and an extensive pipeline of work, focusing on completing a well renowned and high value scheme in West London. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of technical drawings, with a good understanding of the process of residential development construction. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to hellip; To assist in the management of external consultants and production of drawings for the design of site developments Appoint and Liaise with External Consultants. Assist in the fee negotiation and appointment of consultants.
