The successful candidate will have a licentiate membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Graduate Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in conducting research and site appraisals, prepare, submit, and negotiate planning applications, respond to development plan consultations, and be confident working independently and in a team. Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Graduate Town Planner RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant working towards Chartered Member of the RTPI Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
