It will be working on an educational site in Bradford, with that comes flexible working hours, ideally working 7am till 4pm, Monday to Friday, a vehicle that you can use for personal use and parking on site. The Key Responsibilities of the Technical Supervisor: Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of technical professionals. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team. Address technical challenges and issues as they arise, making informed decisions to keep projects on track. Identify opportunities for skill development within the team and provide coaching and training to enhance their capabilities. Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing. Ensure that all team activities adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
