The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO, CRO, social media, PPC, and display advertising, along with a proven track record of driving results and managing large-scale budgets. Role Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager: * Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic growth. * Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and regular audits to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. * Analyse customer journey touchpoints and implement data-driven strategies to optimise conversion funnels. * Develop and oversee A/B testing and experimentation programs to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates. * Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis and performance metrics. * Guide the implementation of innovative social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. * Direct the creation of compelling content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives. * Oversee the management of social media channels, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking. * Drive the strategic planning and execution of PPC campaigns across diverse channels, optimising for maximum ROI and performance. * Manage large-scale PPC budgets, overseeing campaign setup, keyword targeting, ad copy creation, and bid management. * Utilise advanced analytics and attribution models to track and measure campaign effectiveness, making data-driven optimizations. * Develop and implement display advertising strategies to increase brand visibility and drive targeted traffic and conversions. * Partner with Marketing Managers, to oversee the creation of visually engaging display ads and banner designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging. * Utilise advanced targeting options and audience segmentation techniques to optimise campaign performance. * Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation and refinement. * Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and competitive analysis to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making. * Monitor competitors #39; digital marketing activities and industry trends, leveraging insights to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge. * Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives, continuously striving for improvement and innovation. About You as the Digital Marketing Manager: * Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, CRO, social media, PPC, and display advertising. * Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation. * Proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. * Excellent communication and teamwork with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams. * Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. * Bachelor rsquo;s degree in marketing or certifications are a plus.
