Digital business analyst travel industry

A global travel organisation are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst with experience of customer journey mapping on digital projects, to join their growing technology function in London. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in the office, which is a short walk from Victoria Train Station. In this role, you #39;ll be working on a brand-new programme of work, which will be focused on combining and streamlining their various global travel brands, ultimately providing customers with more choice, an enhanced customer experience / customer journey, and improving customer loyalty. This programme of work is being driven by their CEO and, as such, will be a huge focus for the business over the next few years, making it an incredibly exciting time to get involved. The project is currently at its very beginning, and so we #39;re looking for a BA who has prior experience working through the discovery phase of complex greenfield projects to figure out scope and next-steps. You #39;ll need experience of customer journey mapping, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills, as this role will involve presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders across the world (including Business, IT and 3rd Party suppliers).
