Mechanical Maintenance Shift Engineer South East London Up to GBP47,000 Permanent The role: Reporting to the M E Supervisor To provide technical engineering support for Hard FM Services and carry out preventative maintenance to deadlines plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activities To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI #39;s To manage Contractors as necessary Working 4 on 4 off, 42 hours per week from 7am-7pm, days only. The person: Must hold a recognised mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant Mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience; plumbing experience essential Experience in building services is required Competent Person L8 experience; Asbestos Awareness; Fire Alarm Testing knowledge is desirable Willingness to attain cross skilling and to undertake training and qualify as an Authorised Person as required Excellent customer service and communication skills; IT Literate Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills Ability to show examples of using initiative and judgement to resolve problems Experience in a Healthcare environment is advantageous In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, formal training an advantageOur excellent benefits package includes: Generous holiday allowance Company share scheme 2 paid volunteering days a year Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loan Employee assistance programmeLON123
