The primary team can offer bookings a day in advance as well as on the day. About your role as a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant As a Primary Teaching Assistant you will have strengths within primary education. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the pupils, whether it be in a group, SEN or 1:1 setting as well as supporting the class teacher. Your other duties will include: * To build and maintain successful relationships with pupils, treat them consistently, with respect and consideration. * To help promote independent learning. * To help reinforce learning. * To help students record work in an appropriate way.
