Administrator Client overview: The Employment Group are working with a new and used vehicle supplier. The new and used cars are stored on sites across the UK, ready for delivery. Vans and cars are imported or purchased, service, valeted and undergo specification upgrades. Cars are delivered to customer #39;s doors where the features of vehicle will be demonstrated by the delivery driver, offering a personal service. Job Description: You will be the first point of contact for delivery drivers who are the face of Greenhous, delivering cars from the compound directly to customers homes or businesses. You will be responsible for ensuring the drivers receive any support they need to deliver on time. You may be sourcing alternative charging points, identifying clear routes to avoid traffic congestion or supporting them with timesheet administration and expenses. In addition, you may be asked to support the general managers with office administration, arranging training and documenting any information relating to onboarding new employees and agency staff. Your responsibilities as a Vehicle Compound Assistant include: * Be the first point of contact for drivers who deliver cars directly to customers * Problem-solve logistical challenges and support drivers to return to the site * Source points to recharge electric vehicles and liaise with drivers and logistics managers * Complete data entry and update notes on actions taken * Assist with day-to-day administration/general running of the office Shift Times: 08;00 to 17;00 Pay Rates: 11.44 per hour Location: Upper Heyford, OX25 Apply NOW: If you are interested in applying for this role, we would love to hear from you.
