Customer Services Representative - DEWSBURY GBP12 per hour = 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday PERMANENT ROLE - full time On behalf of Our Client - we are looking for 2 Inbound Customer Services Representatives for a Ecommerce support role based in Central Dewsbury. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ; To assist with inbound sales queries, on telephone and email etc, to manage sales orders in a professional articulate and informed manner ndash; managing issue/complaints/etc in a timely manner Managing delivery/despatch of orders and being informative throughout Using common sense through experience in the role ndash; and own initiative to manage each individual instance ndash; every query is different. Monday to Friday 9 -5 @ GBP12 per hour with incentives for positive reviews and 100% compliance in the role A good inbound customer service all rounder ndash; qualified by experience ndash; ideally in retail/ecommerce, etc
