Credit controller

Credit Controller GBP24,500 - GBP26,500 (depending on experience) Taunton ndash; Hybrid (2 days from home) Monday ndash; Friday 37.5 hours per week This role is for an experience credit controller to work within the credit control team to ensure targets for cash collection and aged debt are maintained. Working from an assigned ledger you will be responsible for identifying and resolving the sources of issues (whether internal or external) This person will therefore need to be comfortable communicating with clients as well as our operational teams and escalating to the credit manager or senior leaders. What will you be doing? Build and maintain relationships with Key stakeholders Monitor and report on aged debt and ensure levels kept within tolerances and to escalate when required Responsibility for updating and sending client specific debt packs Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets. Managing the collection of all debts in accordance with agreed credit terms What are they looking for?
