Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality science lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic achievement. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, fostering a supportive and challenging classroom atmosphere. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience and cater to different learning styles. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. A degree in a relevant scientific discipline. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education. Effective classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous professional development.
