Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in Edinburgh. GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance in a large static industrial/commercial contract based in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary up to GBP40,000 + GBP1000 AP allowance with a potential route into further career progression. Key Duties Responsibilities High pressure systems Liquid nitrogen Gases Clean rooms Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) AHUs, FCUs Tap temprature checks Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot cold) Carry out all aspects of M E/Fabric maintenance Hours of Work Package Information Basic Salary of up to GBP40,000 GBP1000 AP allowance Monday - Friday 07:00 am - 3:30pm Call out Rota 1 in 4 (GBP150 per week + 4 hours pay minimum/call) Requirements Mechanically or Electrically qualified - City Guilds Level 2 3 Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills DBS / SC Clearance - required AP Ticket (LV / HV / Pressure systems) Preffered Client Facing Posted by Johnny White
