With over 50 years of experience, this practice sits firmly at the forefront of the industry and is seeking a talented Architectural Technician to become an important part of the successful development of their business. As an Architectural Technician with this firm, you will gain exposure to multi-million-pound design projects in both the NHS and private sector. You will play a key role in delivering innovative designs that meet the unique needs and challenges of each client. This means that previous experience operating upon Healthcare projects will be highly sought after! The practice fully values the latest in design technology, including BIM, and requires an Architectural Technician with full proficiency in Revit and experience working at BIM Level 2. Key Architectural Technician Requirements: Architectural Technologist Degree or similar relevant qualification Demonstrable UK industry experience Experience within UK Healthcare sector - highly desirable Proficiency with Revit BIM Level 2 - essential Excellent communication skills Full UK driving licence Strong knowledge of UK planning application process and Building Regulations In return, the successful Architectural Technician will receive a competitive salary, likely to be in the range of GBP30-GBP40k (potentially more for the right candidate), plus benefits.
