We are seeking dedicated educators who are ready to inspire and engage students in various subjects across secondary school levels. We are looking for ECT rsquo;s and experienced educators to support our schools in Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, welcoming Teachers with all different specialisms! Roles and Responsibilities: Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans effectively across various subjects in the secondary school curriculum. Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere. Providing constructive feedback and support to students to foster academic growth. Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to ensure continuity in students #39; learning experiences. Requirements: Bachelor #39;s degree in Education or relevant subject area. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Previous experience working in secondary education settings preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs.
