Responsibilities: Compile completion reports and ensure accurate documentation Assist in booking projects for our valued clients Utilise your excel expertise to manage data and generate reports Deliver excellent customer service through phone and in-person interactionsRequirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner Previous experience in customer service is preferred Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detailWhat #39;s in it for you?
