Purchase ledger assistant

Force Contracting Services are a very well-established Civil Engineering Contractor based in Worksop, South Yorkshire, specialising in Utilities (substations/power generation), Rail, Nuclear, Property Development. We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the business! Hours: 22.5 - 30 hours/week Duties and Responsibilities: * Processing and paying supplier invoices * Resolving a high volume of queries in relation to disputes invoices and escalate queries where necessary * Assisting with reports and data manipulation * Senior internal stakeholder management Requirements: * Experience working in a busy environment and the ability to prioritise your workload * Able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Educated to GCSE level with a grade C in Maths and English In return, you will receive the following remuneration package: Benefits package: * Competitive salary * Progression opportunities * Free weekend stays at a 4* caravan park for family friends in Lancashire * 28 days annual leave inc.
