About the Female Support Worker role: As a valued Support Worker with Thera South West , you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions. The support you provide will change with everyone you work with because everyone is different. We are currently looking for support workers to work in Calne supporting 4 individuals. Sleep ins are required. Supporting with daily living skills which could include helping the person develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping the person plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.
