THE ROLE: Delivery of effective, efficient, personalised service for clients Ensuring systems, processes and practices are in place for the essential safeguarding its service users Supplier performance reviews, ensuring best practice without compromising quality of service Responsibility of medical field safety notices, corrective-action notices as well as CAS alerts. Collaborating with external stakeholders, building positive relationships for the greater good of the service users. Work with team testers to ensure all relevant apps run successfully on all devices Hybrid working with some travel to other sites within allocated area.
