With a number of exciting projects on the horizon they are seeking a passionate Intermediate Architectural Technician to join their team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be a driven and passionate Intermediate Architectural Technician, who will have post qualification experience and be a confident user of AutoCAD and Revit. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Intermediate Architectural Technician: HND/HNC or Degree in Architectural Technology Sufficient Post qualification experience in an Architectural Practice Excellent technical abilities Experience working across retail projects as well as other sector experience Proven record working across small - large scale projects Capable at liaising confidently with clients and contractors Client facing role Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Great time management and organisational skills Experience using Revit and AutoCAD Proactive approach to development Positive and enthusiastic attitude Capable at working well in a team environment and independently Keen eye for detail Be local to the Milton Keynes area Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
