Sales development executive

As a Sales Development Executive, you will: * Analyse and evaluate leads to identify potential sales opportunities. * Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our services. * Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and social media channels. * Tailor communication to showcase the value proposition of our services. * Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for our sales team. * Maintain an organised and efficient appointment setting process. * Cultivate and nurture relationships with leads, building rapport and trust. * Keep detailed records of interactions and ensure accurate lead information. * Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and preferences for appointments. * Provide relevant information and insights to enhance the sales process. We #39;re looking for: * Proven experience in a similar outbound sales role. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Articulate, able to explain complex services in a clear and concise manner. * Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritise leads effectively. * Ability to understand client requirements and tailor communication accordingly. * Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Ability to understand and address client needs. * Excellent organisational skills to manage and maintain a high volume of leads and appointments. * Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping.
