Responsibilities include: Welcoming visitors, Addressing enquiries, Assisting with all aspects of Private Client matters, Producing essential documents such as Wills, LPAs, and Estate Accounts. The role demands a proactive approach to managing outgoing post, regular filing, and general administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and organisation within the office. Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to handle client enquiries with professionalism, and a proficiency in MS Office.
