We will The Role: As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across various year groups and subjects, providing cover for absent teachers in schools across the Swanley area. Key Responsibilities: Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring continuity in learning. Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment. Providing support and guidance to students as needed. Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the school day.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
