The Role of Education Recruitment Consultant. You rsquo;ll be tasked with finding the best teachers and teaching staff out there and helping them to find their dream job within a school! Your typical day will include speaking to multiple candidates about what they are looking for, their experience, helping them with their CV and preparing them for interviews. You rsquo;ll speak to clients about their current vacancies they rsquo;d like you to work on, posting job adverts, arranging interviews and getting out to visit your clients where you can!
