The type of people we welcome the chance to speak with will possess at least several years within a commercial setting of managing / overseeing complex technical projects. First class communication skills with ability to adapt to various personalities within the software team. Degree educated possessing a 2.1 or higher from a leading university in computer science, physics, natural sciences, astrophysics, engineering or something related, we are flexible on the subject here. Mathematically minded with natural problem solving abilities particularly on the engineering side of things. Well versed in the full software development cycle from initial design right through to implementation, technologies that we are looking for include: node.js, Python, Java, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis and general engineering mindset. Someone that has sound experience in leading a small team to success and enjoys mentoring more Junior members.
