Job Title: Senior Town Planner Location: Dublin Company Overview: Are you a senior town planner looking for a change or a planner looking to take that step up? - I am currently working with a leading planning consultancy who are looking for a senior town planner to join their team in Dublin on a hybrid basis and would love you to join them! Job Description: As a Senior Town Planner, you #39;ll lead projects, working with clients and teams to deliver high-quality planning solutions. You #39;ll analyse data, advise on planning matters, and prepare reports and applications across all development projects including energy, infrastructure, retail, residential, commercial and leisure. Key Responsibilities: middot;Lead planning projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. middot;Conduct research and analysis to inform planning strategies. middot;Prepare and present reports and planning applications. middot;Engage with communities and stakeholders. middot;Stay updated on planning legislation and best practices. middot;Mentor junior staff members. Qualifications and Experience: middot;Degree in Town Planning or related RTPI accredited field. middot;Proven experience in town planning (minimum 5 years). middot;Strong understanding of Irish planning legislation. middot;Excellent communication skills. middot;Leadership abilities and teamwork skills.
