Roles and Responsibilities: middot; Collaborate with teachers to create and implement tailored support plans for students with additional learning needs. middot; Provide one-on-one assistance and small group support to ensure individualised learning goals are met. middot; Adapt and modify learning materials to cater to diverse learning styles. middot; Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and progress of every student. middot; Work closely with the ALN Coordinator and other professionals to implement effective strategies. Requirements: middot; Previous experience as an ALN Teaching Assistant is essential. middot; Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff. middot; Adaptability to support a variety of learning needs and styles. middot; Empathy and a patient approach to working with students with additional learning needs. middot; A genuine desire to contribute to the development and success of all students.
