A leading Approved Inspector is newly seeking an experienced Building Control Surveyor to service development sites in the nationwide, covering the following locations: Sheffield - Level 3G or 3H Business Safety Regulated Yorkshire - Level 2 or 3 Business Safety Regulated Manchester - Level 2 ndash; 3 Business Safety Regulated Doncaster - Min Level 2A Business Safety Regulated M1 Corridor (Leicester, Derby) Level 2-3 Business Safety Regulated London Central Level 2-3 Business Safety Regulated Crawley and surrounds ndash; Level 2-3 Business Safety Regulated The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an existing patch with a good variety of project types and low workload. This business takes a quality over quantity approach, with a focus on keeping inspection numbers low, giving you ample time to focus on providing a high calibre service. You will be remote based, with flexibility to manage your own diary, travelling to development sites only within your local patch.
