Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England Total Salary: GBP24,464 per annum 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm bull; Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering clear and effective interactions. bull; Execute all tasks with a focus on achieving desired outcomes. bull; Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and uphold high standards of housekeeping. bull; Thrive as a collaborative team member while also excelling in self-directed initiatives, driven by personal motivation. bull; Maintain precise data entry across various platforms including Systems, Xactware, Symbility, and other client portals. bull; Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, service centres, and contractors involved in claims, ensuring accurate and timely communication. bull; Schedule appointments for both reactive and planned trade works efficiently. bull; Assist clients in selecting materials for reinstatement works, providing valuable support throughout the process. bull; Handle interim invoicing for reinstatement projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. bull; Monitor and uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs), promptly addressing any concerns to the Customer Experience Manager. bull; Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. bull; Analyze and rectify financial data to ensure accurate projected margins, updating Project Management Control (PMC) weekly. bull; Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate any complaints to the appropriate manager for swift resolution. bull; Possess comprehensive understanding of all contracts under your purview. bull; Facilitate procurement processes by appointing and issuing purchase orders, maintaining effective communication with suppliers as needed. bull; Adhere to and ensure compliance with Health Safety, Environment Quality procedures within your local branch. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or administration. Strong organizational and communication skills.
