We are currently recruiting an HR Employment Law Advisor to join this well established law firm. With offices based in Harrogate and Leeds you will have the opportunity to work across both offices as well as from home. This is a flexible hybrid role, working with a friendly and reputable team. You have the opportunity 2 work 2 days from home, 1 in the Harrogate office and 2 in the Leeds office. The main purpose of this role is to provide a full range of Human Resources advise to a number of clients. You will work closely with the employment law partner supporting clients with their employment relations requirements. You will have excellent knowledge and experience with complex ER cases, be a confident commincator and be able to train, guide and support clients and managers.
