Role Be the first point of contact for all customers Manage all incoming enquiries and going through order samples, artwork, and proofs with customers. Process all orders Manage any changes to lead times Update all customers data accordingly Lapsed customer calls Promote sales through various platforms You must Have worked with an Sales Administration or Customer Coordinator role previously SAP or internal CRM experience is ideal, training will be provided Excellent written and verbal communication Worked in a role where you have successfully maximised sales through excellent customer service Be confident to pick up the phone and build relationships with customers Excellent attention to detail and able work to tight deadlines GBP28,000- GBP30,000 DOE Benefits 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays Christmas shutdown Hybrid- one day WFH once probation has been completed 09.00am -17.00pm Monday to Friday (one hour lunch) Discretionary annual bonus Health and wellness scheme Free parkingIf you live in the Luton area and this Hybrid role matches your experience and expectations, please apply now!
