As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will be working with a year 4 girl with SEMH needs and supporting her classroom based. The ideal candidate will be a mix of assertiveness and nurturing as the student has a low self-esteem and requires a support assistant to encourage her and boost her morale. As a 1:1 TA, you will need to be available immediately for a long-term, full-time role commencing ASAP.
