Mechanical engineer

We are working with an Engineering Consultancy that operates within the Renewable Energy Real Estate sectors. The Engineering team services includes: Feasibility studies, Surveying, Design, Project Planning Management, Projects can include, but not be limited to; Surveying established property assets, providing advice to making property portfolios carbon neutral, M E Design project managing subsequent decarbonisation projects including Solar PV other green tech. As a result of growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical biased Project Engineer who is interested in the growing area of Energy Efficiency. Building Decarbonisation Sustainability. Based out of an office near Euston on client sites, you will be working with real estate clients, helping them design, project manage implement decarbonisation strategies across their property portfolio. The successful candidate will benefit from a commitment to training ( as required) including Conducting Non-Domestic EPC rsquo;s up to Level 5, Conducting ESOS Assessments, the use of Hydraulic software the preparation of preparing GHG Emission reports.
