chef de partie, required in the Henley area, 40 hrs, paid overtime basic is GBP28000-GBP30000 (40hrs) + service/tips (around GBP1k), with live in available and straight shifts. The role We are looking for a chef de partie from a rosette or a good background to run a section in this kitchen, they have a restaurant and events as well. you will prep your fridge, ensure your ready for service, cook in service and ensure everything runs smoothly on your section. the sections change around. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
