Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities within the classroom. Collaborate with colleagues in the Mathematics department and across other subjects to strengthen interdisciplinary connections and promote a holistic educational experience. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and promptly address any concerns or queries. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Demonstrated experience teaching Mathematics at the Key Stage 3 (KS3) and/or Key Stage 4 (KS4) level. Strong knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum, covering topics such as algebra, geometry, statistics, and calculus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively. Exceptional organizational abilities and adeptness in managing classroom dynamics.
