Your new role At Hays, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Year 3 Primary Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a class of 30 students and will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and will be able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students. This is a long-term opportunity until the end of the academic year. This is a September start, a long-term opportunity that will run till the end of the academic year. What you #39;ll need to succeed Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire the students to achieve their full potential. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience of teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with experience of teaching Year 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
