Job title: Electrical Technician Job location: Chesterfield Rate: GBP25 (Outside IR35 - paid through own Ltd Company) Hours per week: 40 / 50 hours per week Duration: 3 month contract Start date: Immediate Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:00 Overtime at Flat Rate Client Summary: Working for a Manufacturer of Electrical and Mechanical Components for the Rail Industry Position Summary: Electrical Technician - to aid in production and repair of electrical and mechanical components at the company workshop in Chesterfield Roles can include: * Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment and apparatus. * Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment and apparatus. * Diagnostic and Fault finding * Crimping and terminating * Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. * Occasional site work - Rail Depots in Burton Liverpool Person Profile/Experience: * Rail / Rolling Stock Experience * HGV / PSV Experience * Heavy Engineering Experience * NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds Level 3 / Electrical based Apprenticeship PLEASE NOTE: Candidates will have to have demonstrated experience within Rolling Stock, Rail, PSV , HGV or another Heavy Engineering, industrial background.
