Design Manager - Industrial Commercial This established main contractor specialises in building industrial and commercial projects throughout the UK and they have an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to join their team on a freelance contract basis. For this Design Manager Position you will have been involved with a number of industrial and commercial warehouse builds. They have planned growth into new sectors including residential and commercial and due to this growth they require a Design Manager to bolster support in the industrial sector part of their business. Being an experienced Design Manager you may have a majority of experience in other sectors and a small amount of completed industrial projects, however this will be seen as a positive to our client so please apply. You will as a Design Manager for this company have flexibility and will be able to work a proportion of time in their office, on site and from home and will manage this time yourself. For this Design Manager position you will have a UK construction qualification and could come from a production or architectural trained background and will live in the South East of England and be willing to travel to sites based anywhere from the South Midlands to the south coast.
